Carbide Single Flute Router Cutters are ideal for high production applications. Our Carbide Cutters are best suited for CNC routing machines for both Extrusion and Flat Sheet machining. The use of Tungsten Carbide provide a super hard cutting surface that increase the life of the cutter beyond any High Speed Steel (HSS) cutter. Feed rates and chip loads can be increased vs HSS cutters to increase production and reduce machining time.

The Flute (spiral) design of our Carbide Cutters is designed for rapid, highly effective chip removal. The flute’s high rake helps evacuate the chips, thus reducing friction and heat during machining. All Carbide Single Flute Router Cutters are made from HRA92 Rockwell Tested Carbide with a Transverse Ruptur Rating of over 220,000PSI. In short, they are very hard and keep a sharp edge for longer.
